5-0 Weekend
Hustle 16U Johnston picked up where they left off in their previous tournament going 4-0 for the Gold Championship in Richmond, VA. 16U was nearly flawless throughout the Breast Cancer NIT tournament, going 5-0 with hot bats and stingy defense. This young team continues to build confidence and knowledge every week and is looking forward to continuing to compete at the highest level each weekend the touch the diamond. Next stop College Showcases!!
Seconds leaves boys hungry
14U Baseball came ready to play in the Dirt and Diamonds Tournament in Pasadena, MD on 10/2-10/3. Hustle went 2-0 in pool play and 1-1 on Sunday to secure second place. The boys combined great pitching, great defense and timely hitting to go 3-1 for the weekend, knocking off a great Blue Chips Bulls team twice in the same weekend, but fell short to the Lakeshore Bluesox in a 4-1 championship game. The boys will be hungry to get back on the field for their next tournament in the Bowie Fall Bash, stay hungry.....
